Abstract

During the Sangam period, maritime trade has been held. Shipping has been better than the sea trade in the ancient Tamil Nadu. The governments of that time have set up portfolio in every country where they have ruled for maritime trade. Often portfares of rivers were placed on the faces of the Bugar. This article examines the ports and resources in the Sangam Pandya country.
