Abstract

The first step in the development of human knowledge was the creation of language by man for the exchange of ideas, our mother tongue Tamil, which was in the exotional and sound levels, traveld on various tracks such as Olaichuvadi, Seppedu. After the development of printing presses many literatures appeared in our mother tongue as texts. Thus all the books were collected together and stored in libraries. Stored in libraries. With the help of libraries, common people also got the opportunity to read the books they needed. The days of going to libraries and reading books have passed and today the internet helps us in many ways to read the books we need from where we were. The facilities of reading texts through the computers and smartphones that we use through the internet are increasing. Internet the purpose of this revies article is to reveal the origin of the library, the benefits of online libraries and their necessity.
