Abstract

Sangam literature helps us understand the life history of ancient Tamils. It is divided into eight volumes and ten poems. Among the eight volumes, Puranauru is the one that contains the most external information. It not only mentions the bravery, education, and gifts of the kings, but also mentions information about various living beings that lived during their time. This article is designed to study the activities of living beings, comparisons between living beings, etc.
