Abstract

The reason why Bharatham, the world’s greatest dance art, has survived in this world is due to the Nattuvanars who have come down the line and the dancers they have Created. This art, Which is spread not only throughout Tamil Nadu but also all over the world, is given in Tamil Nadu by the names of the Nattuvanars and the names of the towns Where they lived. Among them, Natya Kalanithi Meenakshi Sundarampillai has a special place for herself. This research article aims to examine the work she has done for the development of the art of dance and to share her role models with the emerging dancers.
